How does returning work?
We want you to be happy with your Belluna purchases. If that's not the case, you can return the item within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason. The product must be unworn and undamaged, and (where possible) in its original, undamaged packaging.
Your order always includes a returns form. If you are returning an item, please include the completed returns form with the item.

Once we receive the item along with the completed returns form, your return will be processed as quickly as possible. You are responsible for ensuring the item is returned undamaged and in good condition.
Return costs
Let's all be aware of the impact the fashion industry has on our environment. Together we can make a difference. Make more conscious choices, shop smarter, and return less. For this reason, Belluna doesn't offer free returns, and you are responsible for the return shipping costs. These costs depend on the shipping method you choose and are paid directly to the shipper.
Swap
Unfortunately, it's not possible to exchange your item through our webshop. We therefore ask that you return the item in question and place a new order. The purchase price of your return will be refunded to the account used to pay for your order within 10 business days.
Money back in the sale
You can expect the purchase amount of your return within 10 business days on the account number with which your order was returned.
Items purchased in the sale can be returned and the purchase price will also be refunded.
Report a complaint
The Belluna team is committed to providing you with the best possible service. We take the utmost care in the development, quality, and execution of our products and services. Should anything unexpectedly go wrong, please let us know as soon as possible.
You can send an email to service@belluna.nl or contact us using the contact form above. Please describe your complaint in detail, including a photo if possible, and include – if applicable – the invoice number, date of purchase, and location where you purchased the product. We aim to respond within two business days with information about how your complaint will be handled. If you have a complaint about your purchase through one of our sales outlets, please contact the relevant sales outlet.
