How to order?

Below you will find a step-by-step plan on how to place an order at www.belluna.nl

Step 1 Shopping

Go to the item of your choice, select the color and size, and click "Add to Cart." You can now choose to continue shopping or go directly to your cart.

Once all the items you've chosen are in your Belluna shopping cart, check that the correct color and size are in the cart. You can change or remove the size and quantity of items in the cart if necessary.

To continue shopping, click the 'Continue Shopping' button.

Done shopping?
Then click on the 'Proceed to checkout' button.

Step 2 Provide personal information

In order to process your order, we ask you to enter some personal information.

Step 3 Choose shipping and payment method

To complete your order, please choose the Ideal payment option.
You can then choose to collect your order or have it shipped via PostNL.

Step 4 Complete order

You now have the option to review your order and enter any discount codes or gift cards. Would you like to use a gift card or voucher?

After accepting the terms and conditions, click "Order." Depending on your payment method, you will be automatically redirected to the appropriate payment system. Once the payment order is confirmed, the payment will be processed automatically, and Belluna will prepare your order for shipment.

*Payment transactions made at info@belluna.nl are processed securely by the Mollie Payments payment system. All information exchanged for payment processing is encrypted using the SSL protocol. This data cannot be traced, intercepted, or used by third parties. It is also not stored on our computer system.



Confirmation email

Once you've placed an order, you'll receive a confirmation email. If you don't receive a confirmation within a few seconds of placing your order, the following error may have occurred:

  • Your provider may have flagged our automated emails as spam and deleted/moved them to the spam box.
  • You made a typo in your email address in the order details.

Pick up in store

If you've indicated you'd like to collect your order from the store (Wagenweg 22, Haarlem), we'll ensure it's ready for you the next day. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, we're currently only open on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
